Game crashes with a Space Scanner near the edge of a map

When a Space Scanner is built so that its visibility cone (those blue cells) reaches of out the planetoid's cells and into another planetoid, the game will abort with IndexOutOfRangeException.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a Space Scanner near the left edge of  a secondary planetoid.
