Game crashes after minute and takes PC with it

Can you post your pc specs? Also when it goes black, is there any sound or something?

Is this it? It is in czech but I think those words are very similar to english ;w; (If it isn't clear I'll change language ♥)

When it happens, sound just for a millisecond lags and stops, screen turns black but it's like when pc is turned off. And after a few seconds it turns solid black screen.

Have you experienced it with any other games? Your PC is kinda old so it could be a sign of ageing. But your RAM is kinda low too and since the game have memory leaks it might be causing it.
