Game can't start

I just downloaded the game and when I reached to the main menu I started a new game , it started to load resources and stuff for the world and then it seem to just go back to main menu without any record of creating a new game in the game files.it doesn't work for both modes, no sweat and survival I tried to restart the game by uninstalling it and download it again. I don't think my laptop is the factor regarding with the specs since it is a new laptop, Asus Vivobook 14.

so what do u think is the problem?

Steps to Reproduce

install the game , start new game ,game resources loading, game go backs to main menu

safe files:nil

There's a file permissions issue with this folder: 

C:\Users\yakre\Dropbox\My PC (LAPTOP-DVE41MBE)\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded

First backup the folder if it contains saves you want to keep. Then delete the folder and try launching the game. If that doesn't work check your controlled folder access. Security software or third party software may be interfering with the permissions.
