Food Poisoning

All duplicants seem to contract food poisoning when a new duplicant is printed.


Steps to Reproduce
have the immune strength all the way up, have new duplicant printed, boom, food poisoning

I've experienced this as well.

I've also had duplicants catch slimelung in this manner.

I set it to max immune strength, no stress levels, and no stress responses for a more chill game. But then if I'm not extra careful (moreso than if the immunity strength was set to a normal level), after printing a new duplicant several pre-existing ones get sick.

 

My guess is something like they're storing germ levels and sickness probabilities (even though they shouldn't?) and then when printing a new duplicant it's triggering a sudden onset of illness. Possibly an interaction with the New Hope/Friend buff (whichever it is they gain when a duplicant is printed.)

Probably related to new dupes having a hit to their immune levels.
