The tooltip says that it only boosts the plant's growth speed 1%, but from what I can tell, it boosts the growth speed 100%. Since 1% is insignificant, I assume that this is a bug in the tooltip.
Steps to Reproduce
Get a Farmer to apply Farmer's Touch to a plant, and look at the tooltip.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
