When a farm plot has everything it needs. [hydroponic farmplot]
But the pipe is empty of water. It will flicker with a message "Farm plot inoperable" on and off. Stalling the growth of the plant.
There is water in the plot and fertilizer. Atmo, pressure and temp are good. So it should grow.
It just don't grow with the message farm plot inoperable.
Steps to Reproduce
Build hydroponic farm plot with bristle blossom. Supply the plants needs. Let the pipe become empty of water. The plot still has water in it. Then the "farm plot inoperable message starts to appear for unknown reasons. Let me know if you need more details. I will be happy to supply you.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
