"Error Occurred Please Restart" with Colony Achievements [Testing]

So I'm not really sure what had happened, and whether or not this was the result of mods. But as I was going through the motions of building my colony, I checked the colony achievements and the "An Error has Occurred Please Restart Game" popped up. I knew at that point I couldn't really play through the game anymore so I made a save and shut it down.

And it does seem to be something with the colony achievements as far as I can tell looking at the log.

Steps to Reproduce
Not 100% sure, but it has something to do with the colony achievements screen.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

This seems like a very narrow case in the code but I added a preventative fix anyway, so it hopefully won't happen again.
