Errand priority skill tooltip erratically displaying

When mousing over the priority boxes in the errand priority dialog, the tooltips are erratically displaying. sometimes they show up, sometimes they sorta glitch in and out or don't show up at all.

 

edit: changed to live branch, didn't realize the preview was no longer available. Still feels like a preview, though.

Steps to Reproduce
Swipe the mouse cursor over the errand priority checkboxes. Note how sometimes the tooltip displays, sometimes it sorta flickers and/or doesn't display at all.

I am seeing this as well. I believe this has something to do with the border around the checkboxes. If you mouse slowly towards the checkbox and hover over the border of the checkbox the tooltip will display properly. Once you mouse past this, towards the center of the checkbox the tooltip disappears.

Note, this may also be related to the inability to select items from fridges and storage compactors in MKI - again, because you have to be slighly off the box, or in this case, the text to actually get proper operation:
