Duplicate planets on starmap

At the 30,000 and 110000, I appear to have duplicate planets. They have the same description, and the 'selected' arrow goes above both planets, regardless of which planet my mouse is hovering over.

I got this problem as well. It happened after I upgraded a saved game to the Quality of Life patch.  My resolution is 2560x1440.

OK, I normally run at 1440P, where this bug occurs.

 

If I change to 1080P, The duplicate planet is no longer shown
