I had this issue with bristle berries and mealwood. They randomly decided not to deliver to one of the plants. The plant (actually the farmtile) was requesting microgram amounts of water or dirt and the errand tab showed nothing under the "dig or deliver" panel. Uprooting and replanting fixed it.
