Steps to Reproduce
build an outhouse, not part of latrine room ,wait for duplicant to use
Go to bugs

considering how long the benefit lasts chances are they gained it from an actual nice bathroom, but you are noticing they still keep it after using a less than nice one.  To confirm you are indeed getting this as a bug try to isolate that dupe away from ever getting into a nice bathroom, wait 3 cycles then see if he is still bugged then upload save file from before and after please and thank you.

Well, the buff "Nice bathroom" occurring is actually visible on the first screenshot. And it's not even a room at all.
