duplicant fall asleep during it's working period

I often find Marie sleeping on the ground. But she's in my night team, she has a bed room and she's NOT narcoleptic ! O_o

She even have quite good athletic skill value :

It always happesn at night, but not every night.

And all over duplicants of the night team are at work with around 47% of stamina.

 

I just find Ren, also of the night team, in the same situation. :(

Don't know, seems random among the duplicants of my night team

Could you observe Marie's activity at the start of bedtime? In my case, dupes in 2-block downtime shift sometimes spend more than 2-block and lead to not have enough stamina in the following day.
