Dupes refuse to go to the toilet!

Not had this issue before.

I started a new game today and my dupes are constantly peeing on the floor.

The icon will appear over their heads but they seem to only go to the toilet 60% of the time.

They were not doing this on my previous save.

Steps to Reproduce
Start a game ?
Go to bugs

I tried your save game. In that save file your toilet currently "out of order", it works again as soon as they empty it and supply it with new dirt.

It may worth to have second toilet, just in case one out of order they can use second toilet
