Recently I've had dupes get past the suit checkpoints.
At the time I got the pain notification there were no available suits. I can only guess that more dupes instantly hit the checkpoint than available suits and the extra were let through because everyone else was equipping a suit.
Steps to Reproduce
Generally at the start of the day when there are jobs to be done on the other end of a checkpoint.
