Dupes drop food during break time

As soon as break starts all dupes need to go to the bathroom and eat

Unless there is an outhouse/lavatory for every dupe, some dupes need to wait to use the bathroom and they go to the mess hall to eat

Once an outhouse/lavatory is available eating dupes will DROP their food to the floor to use the bathroom

drooped food won't get picked up till morning allowing it to spoil

Steps to Reproduce
have more dupes than outhouses/lavatories, watch them eat during break time
