Dupes do not adjust Liquid Valve when copying settings

When copying settings from one liquid valve to another, the second one never gets adjusted. There seems to be some trigger missing.

This bug is still there in the current live version. :-/

I've copyied settings from the valve above cycles ago, and it's still not changed.

As you can see, the information window do not show errand request.

But if I set the value manually, the work errand appears correctly.
