The current build seems to have returned an old Bug where the dupes constantly entomb themselves when building solid tiles of some description.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a row of tiles in a straight line above a solid floor
Wait for the dupe to entomb themselves while they build (they entomb themselves, it is not other dupes entombing them).
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
