Dupes are dying when they start to suffocate and then do not route to somewhere close by that does have 1000g of breathable air. I have seen this more with vertical ladders and even without the door in the picture they will jump from ladder and back to block back and forth until they die. I was in the last patch able to use the move to command - but now they do not seem to respond to that.. This time I caught it before the dupe died. I hope this helps and if this is a repeat bug - I am sorry i did try and search for the known bugs first.
Steps to Reproduce
CO2 and oxygen death in cold zone - set vertical ladder in cold zone with oxygen and blocks off of the ladder for the dupes to jump to and from - will stay in region of oxygen and CO2, and die also in the picture case - ladder door ladder as shown, dupe will open and go up and then back down one square and keeps doing that until death.
