Dupes becoming stuck in an express themselves for many times from digging regolith

Currently I've had a few dupes has gained expressing themselves of over 30 from digging regolith. They get stuck until they express themselves all those times (sometimes becoming stuck from their jet suit running out of fuel),

Steps to Reproduce

Have a dupe in a jet suit dig up a large stack of regolith from the bottom and they become stuck for quite some time expressing themselves.

I think it was one of these two looking at the screenshots for the autosaves.

Basically my mi-ma dupe got stuck expressing herself to the point that she became stuck from jet fuel running out.
