Dupe wouldn't do job

I turned on "auto priority" to give it a test drive.  I noticed my sous chef stuck on building things when there was food to be cooked.  trying to force move the dupe to the device didn't help, disabling build just had him switch to delivering building supplies.
I had to save, load, then move the dupe to get him to go back to cooking.

Steps to Reproduce
load game, observe sous chef ignores priority 9 musher to go deliver building materials instead
Go to bugs

its probably not helping that he also has tidy at max priority, that covers a lot of things and will likely be ALWAYS something to do
