Dupe stuck in infinite delivery loop

Click on bubbles and see that she is trying to deliver but just stands there. Several of the dupes have tasks to do but are stuck. This may be a pathing issue through the tube?

Steps to Reproduce
- build a proper tube path to an area that can only be reached by tubes - set a task on the other side of the tube network - some dupes were spawned in using debug mode during this test - when I reloaded this save...everything seemed to work again :(

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

My guess is that 2 or more dupes are trying to put something into a container that is almost full. They are all trying and failing because it is becoming full in the process?
