Drowning slickster makes infinite oil

Guessing it spent a long time sucking up CO2 without anywhere to poop out the oil.
After it entered the oil it was no longer in CO2 so it could finally poop.
 

You guessed wrong, it had plenty of poop room and pooped a couple of times before a wall busted loose and flooded the room.  Once it flooded I noticed a spot of oil in the top of my tube reaching 20000k of pressure so I capped it off since I already had a pump behind it.  Let me be clear, the spot was at the top of the oil slick, in a tube with nothing but gas above it and pushed 20 megs of oil against air.... bug.
