Double stacking plants via Copy settings.
Steps to Reproduce
Put Planter Boxes on top of Farm Tiles. Plant Mealwood in the planter boxes. Create a Farm Tile somewhere else. Select Mealwood. Copy those settings to the one located under Planter Boxes.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
