Door permissions not respected by dupes: vertical door, solid block above and below

See screenshot.
Scenario:  Apartment style living quarters.  Devon, after using his assigned washroom,  does not grab food from the fridge in his mess hall, but prefers to go several floors down to Camille's fridge for a snack instead (bad boy).  Camille's door allows no leftward access except for Camille, yet Devon still manages to pass right through the door.
The door has a solid block above and below it, so it's not the issue of accessing a door from above/below.

**UPDATE**:  The problem only seems to occur when global permissions allow one-way access (right), with exceptions for intended dupes.  If the global permissions don't allow one way (right) access, then unintended dupes no longer path left through the door.

Steps to Reproduce
Create door, set one way access, then custom 2 way access permissions for 1 dupe. Expected result, only expected dupe passes. Actual result: other dupes pass.

User Feedback

Try to place your door on the ground instead of one tile above.

In this position the duplicant comes from below the door. Access restrictions do not work if duplicant can access the door from below.
