Currently there seems to be a difference between wild and domestic Nosh Sprouts. The former having height 2 and the later having height 3.
Either of them should probably be alligned with the other.
Note that the issue only occurs when _planting_ the nosh sprout. After it is placed in the tile, the third tile above is available again.
Steps to Reproduce
Build Farm Plot, plant nosh sprout, try to build a tile on the third tile above the plot (before the nosh sprout is planted). -> the planting blueprint will disappear try the same after the nosh sprout has been planted -> the plant only has height 2 now.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
