When a dupe finishes building a ladder they will get stuck on that square until the ladder is deconstructed. There are no movement restrictions and the dupe is freed upon game restart. It has happened 5-6 times already and is frequent.
Steps to Reproduce
build a ladder. I think it happens more often when it's over a space that was occupied by a previously occupied tile. (dirt/cobalt etc.)
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
