Magic? Like every bug I've ever discovered, it's probably some bizarre corner-case that only happens in some incredibly obtuse circumstances

This has happened before, though I did not know that the same issue applied to Manual Airlocks. The developer asked, so I'll ask for this instance, did your manual airlock change to ore deposit during a single play session, or after a save/load?
