[debug mode] Copying is moving steam turbines 1 tile away

Dear Klei,

When I am copying my steam turbines heat remover in ONI debug mode, steam turbines are moved one tile to the right:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable debug mode,

2. Build structure with steam turbine,

3. Copy selected area with steam turbine.

Did you use copy features to make the turbines that delete steam? These builds look very familiar.

It could be bug with copy that led to mass deletion
