Dasha Saltvine consumes fertilizer even when not growing

Domesticated Dasha Saltvine consumes its fertilizer (Sand) even when not growing due to Atmosphere (or other) conditions.

As Domesticated Mealwood and Bristleblossom do NOT consume fertilizer when inactive, I am willing to believe this is a bug with Dasha Saltvine.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Plant a Domestic Dasha Saltvine and fertilize it 2. Remove the atmosphere 3. Note that the fertilization goes down, even as the plant's growth remains stagnant.

Additional problems with this plant:

In my game all of the Dasha Saltvine plants looks always stifled, while all requirements are satisfied. The never don't looked as in the Database. Another Bug with this plant is, that u don't get salt from it. If the plant is ready to harvest, the dupe come an harvest them, but you do not get the salt. Also, it seems the plant don't have a reset animation like the other plants. If you harvest them they are not small again. They are always fully grown.
