I have found that hovering over thermal conductivity on the properties tab of a tooltip for any material i test will display a copy of the information generated for Specific Heat for that material instead, just like hovering over specific heat.
Steps to Reproduce
click on any tile other than vacuum and switch to the properties tab, then hover over thermal conductivity.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
