because there is no priority for critter lures, even with eleven dupes delivering to storage (basically idle) the critter lure never gets loaded

have a pile of detritus(such as regolith) to store in compactors build a critter lure, have tons of phosphorite ready wait 90 days as noone will deliver it because it has no priority
