Changed Status to Known Issue

This seems to be happening because of an incorrect bit of text in the translation you are using. You could try contacting the translation creator and pointing them here, but in the meantime playing without the translation should let you keep going. You can force the translation off by going to Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\kplayerprefs.yaml. Open that file in notepad, find the line that says SelectedLanguageType and set it to None, like this:

  SelectedLanguageType: None

As far as the translation, this particular error may be caused by leaving off a > or < in one of the link tags. We'll see if we can not make this crash the game in any case.

Next hotfix should prevent translations with bad link tags from crashing. Thanks for reporting this!
