Copy Setting not working for Valves

Using the "Copy Settings" feature of the Valve, it will only cope the value(number) in the text box but not apply it to the valve itself!

Steps to Reproduce
Build 2 Valves. Change setting on one Valve. Copy settings from one Valve to the other: Bug!
