Cooking station not cooking after lack of resources

I was making pepperbread when my peppernuts ran out, so naturally the cook stopped cooking, however after a new harvest

was done and I had a nice supply again, my cook didn't restart cooking pepperbreads, instead he just ignored his cooking duties.

I first tried switching over jobs, letting them ONLY have the cooking job, switching over to a different dupe as cook, didn't help.

Only after I removed the 'continuous pepperbread' production order and put it back in did the cook start cooking again.

Steps to Reproduce
Set up a colony to make pepperbread ( sleetwhead x5 + peppernut x1 ), run out of pepperseeds, wait till new harvest.
