Conveyor rail overlay displaying incorrectly.

"Conveyor Buildings" are covering the conveyor rails which impedes the ability to see if a rail is connected to the building or which direction it is facing when connecting to other rails

Such a issue isn't prevalent in other overlays such as liquid or gas overlays where the buildings are behind the piping (in their respective overlays) instead of in front of the piping which allows easier adjustments and fault finding.

Steps to Reproduce

Turn on the overlay of conveyor rails when looking at built conveyors and conveyor buildings, you will see the building sits infront of the conveyor rail instead of behind it.
