Conductive Wire Overloading under 2000 W

My conductive wire bridges are overloading and capped at 1810/2000 W on the circuits.   They are however in this makeshift solar farm I made Surrounded by all sorts of shine bugs and built on Glass Tile made of diamonds

Steps to Reproduce
Make an indoor solar farm and cover it with shine bugs and use 2kw wire
Go to bugs

Is the circuit made completly from conductive wires? It can not be mixed with others, or the system will cause an overload, no matter the real load.

For example, if you connect a tier 1 wire to the network, it will overload, even if there is just a load of 10 watts.
