I was going to reconfigure a heavy wire grid, and so, want to place a heavy watt plate in floors.
But I can't place a plate, because of a bridge that should not obstruct placement.
To place the heavy watt plate you see on the screen below, I was forced to deconstruct the conductive bridge, wait for the plate to be constructed, and then place anew the conductive bridge :-/
Before that, the heavy plate (or bridge) can't be placed, with the error message : "obstruct by wire". Even though a bridge is allow at this location. 
Steps to Reproduce
Construct a bridge, and then, try to place a watt plate this one end under the bridge

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
