Coal generator being ignored

This has happened to me as well. I've tried changing the priority, disabling and enabling, and even saving and reloading (which seems to fix most bugs I have).

I have the same issue, I have built them right near the main portal  at set max priority and still they are ignored.

You guys haven't mentioned that you connected at least one battery to the coal generator, which you have to in order for a delivery order to be created for coal to the generator.  Unless you have a battery connected to the coal generator, and the battery/ies connected to the coal generator have less charge than the battery threshold you've set the coal generator to, this is working as designed, and not a bug.  The documentation on this could probably be better.
