CO2 apears from nowhere

Here is isolated area that was full of hydrogen. I pumped almost all of it and suddenly co2 apear here, its amout increasing constantly. After save/load process stops but in several cycles begins again.

Steps to Reproduce
Start pump in area under cursor and wait several cycles
Go to bugs

Seeing the duplicant climbing the ladder without an atmosuit, I think it's not a bug. Just a mistake on your side. ;)

Specifically, duplicants breath out CO2 periodically. When they enter this nearly vacuum room and breathe out the CO2, it will spread to the entire room. The longer they are in the room, the more CO2 that will appear.
