CO scrubber stopped working

CO scrubber at the bottom left side of my base randomly stopped working and just keeps accumulating co2 in it's storage. plumbing is correct and rebuilding it fixes problem

Steps to Reproduce
Unsure what caused it. Was having intermittent drops in power, might be unrelated.

I've seen it, I've rebuilt my air scrubber several times already, After a certain time of being outputted to Fertilizer Maker, they just stop the water flow and collect CO2 by thousands of kilos. it might have to do with pipes being blocked?

Show a detail image of pipe layer around the scrubbers.

Sometimes if liquid can go two ways it'll double back and cause a clog. Fix with valves to control direction.
