Click-drag outcome on a single click

This usually happens when I am building/diging. I click once and it results in a click and drag as if the button was held down.

Steps to Reproduce
Building, digging or laying pipes/wires
Go to bugs

Sorry I don't quite understand what you mean by "results in a click and a drag". Do you mean your button gets stuck or is it that it plays the same sound effects as a drag?
