changing bug, I plan on reinstalling the game, again 3rd time

Okay I have a bug that is rotating.  first they wouldn't work food, then they wouldn't replenish the algae to make O2,  now its the manual wheels are not giving charge  or rather barely any charge at all, no matter who's on the wheel  it starts to charge and then it poofs and never charges the whole time they run, accept it runs the 2 O2 makers and the food platform..  that is all that is on the line, the first  2 times the batteries charged just fine. I am playing the hot code or preview of the rancher

Steps to Reproduce
I have no idea it just happens, and not every game either..

Looking at your circuit it looks like you're not generating enough energy at your manual generator to power all your buildings meaning the batteries will never charge and as soon as the Duplicant walks away from the battery, everything will stop working.
