Ceres starts with cool obsidian in core lava biome

When the game starts in a Ceres map, The obsidian at core lava biome is cool, and some of it can be even cooler than 300°C, despite molten magma (1409.9+°C) spawns next to it. This cools the magma there quickly. Usually, when a normal player reaches the biome, all magma has already been cooled to igneous rock.  This makes geothermal power inefficient in Ceres maps.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable debug or sandbox. Generate a Ceres map (without frozen/lush core), and pause the game instantly when the game starts. Reveal the map, and go to core magma biome, you probably see the cool obsidian spawns adjacent to molten magma. Wait for some time, molten magma probably turn to solid igneous rock.

This is as designed.

Really? If the cool obsidian is as designed, then there should be no molten magma instead. There was no such circumstance that hot material spawns adjacent to cool material. (Abysslate is the only exception.) However, in Ceres core biome, cool obsidian spawns next to molten magma, which is abnormal. If cool obsidian is intended, then it is molten magma that is bugged. Perhaps, the core biome begins with cool igneous rocks as well instead? This makes more sense and also gets rid of unnecessary heat exchange, which is performance-friendly. (RIP natural geothermal power)
