Carbon Skimmer has liquid inputs

The Carbon Skimmer description states that it "Filters Carbon Dioxide from the air" yet it takes a liquid input.  If functionality is as intended, then description should up be updated to at least provide a clue on how to create liquid CO2 for it.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Create carbon skimmer 2) Create liquid input pipe 3) Connect input to ???

Place carbon skimmer in CO2 gas environment, connect clean water in, connect output to Polluted water system, provide power.  Carbon scrubber removes CO2 by adding it to H2O

The Carbon Skimmer is working as described in the build menu, but I can understand how its usage might not be clear once the building is placed in the world.
