Can't Queue Fabrications In Exosuit Forge

So I'm in kinda far into the game now, and I've been trying to efficiently work in areas where there is a lot of chlorine. This is why I decided to build an Exosuit Forge. I have an exosuit engineer and I also have an Atmo Checkpoint as well as an Atmo Storage Locker next to each other. I'm 99% sure that I have all of the ingredients needed to fabricate exosuits. I put some files down below of some pictures.

Steps to Reproduce
Just kind of happened randomly
Go to bugs

The recipe is not showing. This means, you have not discovered an ingredient. I assume you have copper, because you wont be able to go far without it. But you may play for hours without collecting reed fiber. As long as you dont have reed fiber, the recipe wont show up. Go pick some flowers.

What kind of plants do I need to pick? Do I need to go to the surface? I'm still in the kinda early game so I'm only now just getting into the Caustic biome and haven't touched the Swamp biome yet.
