Cant complete tasks?

Any screen, or save file? It isn't very clear what the problem is.

Is there something actually there to do? I've already posted about a graphics bug where the meters for tasks don't disappear.

think it might be the same bug, my duplicants keep trying to complete the task and the object wont disappear.

I wasn't exactly sure what was happening until I tried recreating it, I got a picture to show what keeps happening in every one of my saves

Yeah, this looks like the same bug. What I think happens is that when the dupe leaves mid way through the task sometimes another character takes over and creates a new meter instead of using the old one. The new meter is under the old one, so it looks like the task isn't completing when it actually is. I'm guessing this bug only involves the sandstone tile. I'll have to monitor my games to see for sure.

I have the same issue, but it happened a lot of cycles in.

I normally get annoyed and start a new save bc they'll try a whole cycle trying to dig up one block
