Cannot unlock a super computer

I see, your dupe is currently researching. Super Computer is a tier 2 research. (meaning, there is something to be research before). You can select direct lines to reseach in order. Second i see, you havent removed the messages to the left, and i see only "1 Research Complete" there. So i can assume, you just have researched the first tier, leading to the super computer itself, but Nisbet? is currently researching the actual super computer itself. Can you post a screenshot of your research-overview?

That skill just allows dupe to use the Super Computer, you have to research the actual building in the research screen
