      Support Email Error (Zendesk)   08/12/2019

We are migrating to a new customer support ticketing system (desk.com) and unfortunately while moving over our old tickets the new system (Zendesk) sent an auto reply to "new users". We weren't aware this would happen and so and email was sent out in error. You do not need to create an account and you can ignore the email entirely. You can find more info about this over on our forums here: https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/110413-zendesk/ Sorry for the confusion

  1. That should probably be reported to the bug forum as it's probably not intended
  2. That would ruin the point of Nature Reserves, you're supposed to preserve a part of the wild, not make an artificial ones. Now there are a few ways to go around it but they're tedious enough to let it stay. You can also cook algae into dirt if you don't want to deal with Shove Voles
  3. gulp fishes act as a water sieve

The interaction is intended, however I agree that if it's not mentioned in the database it should be added, not a bug though
  4. Thanks for the Shove Vole fix =D
  5. I posted about this bug a few days ago, but I don't think it was noticed so I'm linking it here
  6. Just wanted to bump this to the first page so I don't have to make a new report edit: nevermind, it didn't work
  7. Dasha Saltvine and Oxyfern seeds aren't spawned in their respective biomes on Rime. I realized that the Rime is supposed to be devoid of life, but there should still be some seeds underground to uncover update, I replaced entire Rime world with vacuum to see how many seeds it will get me and this are the totals: As you can see, not a single Oxyfern or Saltvine seed
  8. Cannot unlock a super computer

That skill just allows dupe to use the Super Computer, you have to research the actual building in the research screen
  9. The Shove Vole will excrete material and instantly burrow in it which will make it stuck in the air "burrowed" when the tile is dug up by a robo miner. This is quite annoying and it makes it difficult to make Shove Vole stables that work without player intervention, the only way to get them unstuck it so wrangle them. This time I uploaded a save file, look for the stable made out of metal tiles. The First Colony.sav The First Colony.sav
  10. I'm bumping this thread as it wasn't seen by the developer
  11. Are you sure you don't have algae or slime up there that get's heated up by a rocket exhaust causing it to turn into dirt?

  13. Shove voles stuck in dug tile

This is still unfixed and frankly quite annoying as it's impossible to make Shove Vole stables that work
  14. Ranch questions

You can set up a Drop Off point on Mesh Tiles and push the water up using doors, you need to make sure they can't climb the walls, and if you're farming hatches waiting for them to hatch produces more kcal from BBQ than eggs, this might not be true for all critters though
  15. Only way to have wild plants now is for Pips to plant the seeds, you can no longer drop seeds on the ground and wait for the plant to grow
