Sometimes, when building a wire (power or automation) inside a bunker door at the highest buildable tiles while there is regolith stacked on top of the door, after a Dupe performs the Build errand, it will consume the building supply stored in the wire but the wire will remain in blueprint form, stuck in the "Construction Errand" state without any actual errand to be performed. Canceling the build blueprint does not return the consumed metal to the map. If the same build on the same square is canceled and replaced, it will always get stuck again, unless the regolith stacked above the bunker door has been dug out. If the save file is reloaded, it will reset to "Awaiting Delivery", but following the build errand the same stuck state will occur.
This occurs in the base game, I do not have Spaced Out.
Attached screenshots show status window of stuck automation wire blueprint, showing "Construction Errand" status with no contents and no errands.
1) Build Bunker Doors in the top-most buildable space
2) Allow meteors to deposit regolith on the bunker doors
3) Place power and automation wires inside the bunker doors
4) Wait for a Dupe to supply and build the wires
Only occurs sometimes.
Attached save file has everything set up for this - just scroll up to the top and watch the wire blueprints towards the left side.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
