I was trying to replace my outhouses with lavatories, but I couldn't build the lavatories until I unselected the lavatory and selected them again.
Steps to Reproduce
Order an item to be deconstructed. Before it is destroyed, click to build another object on top. When the object is deconstructed, attempt to build again, and it fails
